At Terones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer exchange and return options according to the following policies.
Return Policy
You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please follow these steps to process a return:

- Approval: Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions for returning the product.
- Shipping: Send the product to the provided address. Terones is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, follow these steps:
- Contact: Send an email to contacto@terones.com with your order number and details of the exchange you want to make.
- Approval: We will send you instructions on how to return the original product and proceed with the exchange.
- Shipping: Send the product to the provided address. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- New Shipment: Once we receive and verify the original product, we will send you the requested new product. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products on sale or discounted.
- Personal care products that have been opened or used.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide us with photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost or offer you a full refund.
